The word for today is constipation. I feel this is an important word, especially to the one who is constipated. Fiber will do the trick and make that person feel better. Lots and lots of fiber. = La palabra para es hoy el estreñimiento. Yo me siento que esto es una palabra importante, especialmente al que es estreñido. Constipation = Estreñimiento
